Director of Learning (POL4)

Full time | 2 year tenure
Commencing 2023

 

The Director of Learning is responsible to the Principal, through the Deputy Principal: Student Learning Culture and Growth. The role is responsible for the implementation of curriculum and management and requires an innovative, curious and student-centred approach. The Director of Learning will demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and dedication to the improvement of student learning outcomes in their year levels of responsibility.

The Director of Learning works professionally and co-operatively with the Leadership Team and has the responsibility to lead a team of Learning Leaders through the Curriculum Implementation Team.

Wellbeing Learning and Data Leader (POL3)

The Wellbeing Learning and Data Leader is appointed by the College and is responsible to the Deputy Principal: Wellbeing Partnerships and Safety and Principal.

As a member of the Student Wellbeing Strategic Leadership Team, the Wellbeing Learning and Data Leader supports the Deputy Principal: Wellbeing Partnerships and Safety with realising the College’s Mission, values and strategic intent to activate visible wellbeing through the tenets of positive emotion, engagement, relationships, meaning, accomplishment and health.

Head of House (POL2)

Full time | 2 year tenure
Commencing 2023

 

The Head of House is responsible for the wellbeing of students in their House. In partnership with the Tutor Teachers, they oversee the efficient leadership, organisation, management and pastoral care of all members of a House.

The Head of House works professionally and cooperatively with the Pastoral Care Team and engenders House Spirit, student connectedness and belonging. Promoting a spirit of mutual support and responsibility the Head of House has a broad responsibility for overseeing House specific programs, events and experiences.

Emergency Teachers
