Graduate Teacher Program – Induction and Mentoring
Focused on individuals seeking to build a career in education, our Graduate Teacher Program – Induction and Mentoring provides innovative, energetic and dedicated graduates with exposure to core learning areas and opportunities to be mentored by Expert Teachers. The program offers:
- Ongoing employment commencing December (Headstart) 2024 or January 2025.
- A safe and inclusive environment to nurture your skills.
- Dedicated one on one mentoring from Expert Teachers.
- Networking opportunities with Graduate Teachers from other schools.
- Weekly optional collaborative workshops for Graduate Teachers to seek advice, review the week and plan for upcoming events on the College calendar.

Salary and Conditions
- $77,248 + super + salary packaging + 17.5% leave loading + 1% position allowance

Graduate Teacher Payment:
Graduate Teachers who commence employment at subdivision T1-1 prior to 1 May 2024 will be paid a lump sum on progression to subdivision T1-2 in the following year as set out in the following table:
