The Learning Adjustment Team works in partnership with staff and families to identify individual needs and implement strategies that support each student’s progress.

Endeavour and Excellence

Inspired by the College mission, the Student Endeavour and Excellence Awards aim to explicitly recognise and celebrate faith leadership, learning and growth, active citizenship, leadership and community engagement.

The program uses staff-issued commendations that contribute towards a structured awards system.

• Learning: effort, progress, engagement and achievement in the classroom
• Co-curricular: participation and commitment in activities beyond the classroom
• Spirit & Service: leadership, kindness, faith and contribution to the school and wider community

These commendations build towards Bronze, Silver and Gold awards, ensuring students are consistently recognised and valued for both their academic and personal development throughout the year.
