Careers and Pathways
Our Careers and Pathways team supports every student to explore opportunities, set goals, and make informed decisions about their future education, training and career journey.
Through a personalised and proactive approach, students are guided to understand their strengths, interests, and aspirations, while gaining exposure to a wide range of post-school pathways.
Our program includes:
- Individual careers counselling and subject selection guidance
- Access to university, TAFE and vocational education pathways
- Work experience and structured workplace learning opportunities
- Career profiling tools, including the Morrisby Profile
- Excursions, expos and industry-based learning experiences
- Guest speakers, tertiary visits and information sessions
- Support with VTAC applications, scholarships and post-school planning
- Job seeking skills, including resume writing and interview preparation
- Regular careers updates, newsletters and key dates
- Programs that promote STEM, trade and emerging career pathways
Students are encouraged to actively engage in their pathway planning, with ongoing opportunities for reflection, goal setting, and real-world exploration throughout their time at the College
