Accounts Receivable Officer


Part-time, 0.4 FTE (15 hours per week) | Commencing January, 2019
Parental Leave Position

The College seeks an analytical-minded individual for an important position within the Finance team. 

The focus of this role is to support the Finance Manager in the Accounts Receivable (Debtors) operations of the College and to support all staff with administration of non-tuition activities.

Director of Staff Development

 

Full-time, ongoing | Commencing January, 2019

The College seeks an inspirational and highly capable educator for a significant leadership position.

The focus of this instructional leadership role is helping educators refine their practice over time, so that they are increasingly effective in fostering quality learning outcomes for our students. The successful candidate will help staff make valuable use of evidence-based approaches and promote a culture which helps staff learn together through reflective practice, along with induction of new staff and other facets of staff formation.

As a member of the Leadership Team, the Director of Staff Development shares responsibility for enabling the College to achieve its three-fold mission:

Teacher: Japanese

Full-time, ongoing | Commencing January, 2019

In 2018, Japanese became the sole additional languages taught to Year 7 students at Marist-Sion, after decades of teaching Japanese as one of two languages. As a result of the increasing number of Japanese classes, the College seeks an inspirational teacher who will help our students enjoy learning success in Japanese. The successful applicant will be capable of teaching another method area. The majority of the teaching load will be Japanese. The College aims to build the numbers in Japanese and to help students enjoy high quality learning in this important language..
